In the summer of 2001, Palazzo CPA started as an in-home business preparing tax returns for individuals working overseas. While operating out of a spare bedroom, the small business worked tirelessly to gain clients and expand their business. In 2005, deciding it was time to branch out, the company moved to the Biloxi Business Incubator and added its first employee. After two years the company opened its first official office in Biloxi and has continued to grow into a premiere accounting practice based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Through the years, the firm became known as Palazzo & Company and has become a worldwide service provider. Among our staff are Certified Public Accountants and Tax Professionals who have received extensive education, training, and have over 20 years of hands-on experience with accounting and tax services.
